Our foundation in construction enables us to address a multitude of home maintenance concerns including structural components, mechanical / electrical systems, appliances, utilities and landscaping.

Your home will be cared for by our team of professionals. The homeowner log-in feature on our website allows for clients input, information, and access to the construction or upkeep to your home whether here or miles away.

The service starts with a selection of either two or four visits per month to your residence.The contract includes:

• blowing leaves or debris off decks / porches as needed
• checking entire residence for visible signs of damage
• turningwater off or on

Any request will be considered. Additional items:

• winterizing and de-winterizing your home
• firewood
• maintenance on the house as needed
• roof repair / replacement
• remodels & additions or new construction

Home maintenance checks are performed during scheduled visits and larger repairs can be handled if needed. Easy, affordable contracts*:

• 4 visits per month — — $20 per visit
• 2 visits per month — — $30 per visit
• 1 visit per month — — $40 per visit
